CPI Aero is headquartered in a building with 171,000 square feet of manufacturing and assembly space. Our workforce currently consists of nearly 300 qualified and skilled employees focused on delivering quality products to our customers.
In addition to our manufacturing and assembly space, our facilities contain three paint booths (80 sq. ft., 310 sq. ft., and an 840 sq. ft., computer-controlled booth with automatic paint cure cycle) which are used for applying primer and finish coats to final assemblies and top coat touch-ups. A polishing center polishes aluminum leading edges and engine inlet lip skins to a mirror finish for our business jet market.
Our commitment to lean manufacturing principles has resulted in a unified team approach toward continually improving our effectiveness, quality and safety throughout the company. Regularly scheduled Kaizen events allow us to constantly evaluate our processes and our employees are encouraged to provide input and insight into offering suggestions for adjustments and enhancements.
