Job Description

Expeditors are responsible to expedite the flow of work and material within or between departments according to the production schedule. Works with the Planner and is a direct interface with quality and the shop floor to expedite any constraints. Track the flow of critical parts through the shop floor in a timely fashion. Achieve positive results while adhering to CPI values and processes.

Essential Functions

• Expedite critical shortages to shop floor

• Create pick list from Infor XA for the stockroom to pull kits within the horizon window

• Prioritize critical shortage list for quality

• Create bar code traveler and op book for shop floor

• Responds to calls from the shop floor via the electronic call board

• Maintain and closes out MO’s in Infor XA

• Create pick list for deliverables in Infor XA

• Maintains inventory accuracy through processes and procedures

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience

• High School Degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience

The salary range for this position is : $38,000-$58,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and other factors allowed by law. Individuals are not typically hired at or near the top of the salary range.
