Job Description

The ideal HR Administrator candidate will provide administrative support in all facets of Human Resources which include employee relations, recruitment, new hire onboarding, corporate training and employee benefit and payroll administration.



  • Minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Superior interpersonal and written communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Knowledge of employment and payroll laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
  • Administration of FMLA, PFL and Workers Compensation experience preferred
  • Experience with payroll administration a plus
