Job Description

The ideal HR Administrator candidate will provide administrative support in all facets of Human Resources including employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits and corporate training. This position will have a strong emphasis on corporate compensation. Responsibilities include, preparing ad hoc, regulatory and voluntary reports, creating and evaluating job descriptions and ensuring position to market alignment as necessary.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Superior interpersonal and written communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of employment and payroll laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
  • Administration of HRIS, FMLA, PFL and Workers Compensation experience preferred
  • Experience with payroll administration a plus
